1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "juan385" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at juan385.net, including all its games, services, features, and content.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the juan385 platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or accesses the juan385 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money game round, sports bet, bingo ticket purchase, or other form of gaming activity placed on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cashable credits awarded to a Player's account under a promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means the actual deposited and withdrawable funds held in a Player's account, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" means the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the sole account currency on juan385.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary government body regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the juan385 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have also read and agree to the juan385 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are of legal age to participate in online gaming under Philippine law (21 years and above).
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and play on juan385 is 21 years. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. juan385 actively enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.3 Registration Process

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the LTO

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on juan385. Operating multiple accounts, whether through different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Violations will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juan385 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. juan385 will treat all activity carried out under your Account as having been authorised by you.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify juan385 immediately via the support contact. juan385 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

juan385 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or during periodic account reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. juan385 may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts as notified in the platform's fee schedule. Players will receive advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

juan385 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction in the Account dashboard. juan385 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own registered name. juan385 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, including family members or associates. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to an account in the same name as the juan385 Account holder.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

juan385 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has unresolved bonus wagering requirements, or if the account is under review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers made available by juan385 are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In all cases, the following general rules apply unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period.
• juan385 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already opted in and begun wagering.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per eligible transaction, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

juan385 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and any other conduct that juan385 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotions. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account may be suspended.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on juan385 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant product section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game-specific rules before placing wagers.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on juan385. These limits are displayed within each game or market. juan385 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in an incorrect game result or payout, juan385 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. juan385 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical errors.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets are governed by juan385's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market, as displayed on the platform. juan385 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and limit stakes at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan385 platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate Account activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games and bingo rooms.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such occurrence must be reported to juan385 immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your identity or location.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the juan385 software, games, or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback through a payment provider.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the juan385 platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of juan385 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the juan385 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the juan385 platform without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan385 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or disruptions to third-party payment services beyond juan385's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising in any way from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit juan385's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law. juan385's total aggregate liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the total deposits you made to your Account in that same month.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

juan385 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.

12 Responsible Gaming

juan385 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible at any time from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all juan385 marketing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

13 Amendments to These Terms

juan385 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, juan385 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the juan385 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact Player Support to close your Account.

14 Termination & Suspension

juan385 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• juan385 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• juan385 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, juan385 reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonuses. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure — where the closure is not due to player misconduct — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the juan385 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through juan385's internal Player Support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or relevant regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
